Webster Insurance began in 2019, when Brian Webster set out to build an agency around a simple conviction: make it about the client, not the commission. No quotas, no scripts — know people by name, tell them the truth, and pick up the phone when something goes wrong.
In 2023, Brian’s brother Ben joined to oversee strategy and organizational health — making sure that as the agency grew, the way we treat people wouldn’t change. By 2025, he was partner and president.
